Un drop dans une histoire qui dure depuis 2005
Before we get into the pieces, some context. Talseume isn't a brand of the year. It's a brand born in 2005 on the streets of Bobigny, par Bihem, qui voulait financer la prod de son groupe de rap. The full story is here. After a long underground period, the brand was officially relaunched in 2024 with a real business structure: registered company, e-commerce, fabric certifications. The SS26 drop is therefore the fourth drop of this new era — but the twenty-first spring-summer of a brand that refused to give up.

L'esprit du drop SS26
If we had to sum up this collection in one sentence: "warmth, simplicity, and comfort without compromise." The SS26 pieces are lighter, more breathable, more minimal than the winter ones — but they keep the Talseume DNA: certified raw materials, understated signature embroidery, cuts calculated to last in your wardrobe beyond a single season.
Le drop SS26 inclut 5 core pieces, chacune avec son intention :
1. Le Tee-Shirt Oversize — le totem
If the oversize sweatshirt is Talseume's winter icon, the tee-shirt oversize is its summer equivalent. Bold XXL cut, single-jersey GOTS organic cotton, garment-washed fabric, 180 g/m². The garment-washing is what changes everything: it gives the t-shirt that soft hand-feel, that slightly heavy drape, that lasting shape classic t-shirts lose by the third wash.
Three colorways available: deep black, off-white, heather grey. The smart move is to get all three and wash them the same way (cold water, air dry). After six months, they'll all have the same patina — you'll have a base of three perfectly coordinated pieces for twelve months of wear. Cold calculation, warm result.
2. The Women's Tank Top — fitted cut
The Talseume women's tank top marks an important step forward: we're taking female silhouette seriously. Not a unisex t-shirt with a women's pattern bolted on. A piece genuinely designed for the female body. Fitted cut, fine finishes (soft elastic bands on the edges), length calculated to cover without falling over the hips.
GOTS organic cotton, 160 g/m². Light, breathable, perfect for summer. Wear it layered under an open shirt, or alone with shorts or jeans. The Talseume signature is discreetly embroidered at the chest — no oversized print across the chest, we keep the piece portable partout.
3. The Women's T-Shirt — fitted cut
Same principles as the tank top, short-sleeve version. Fitted cut, GOTS organic cotton, discreet signature. The women's t-shirt has become a basic that's nearly impossible to find well executed — usually too thin, too loose, too short, too expensive for what it is. Ours is positioned between two market extremes : not the paper-thin t-shirt you see at fast fashion brands, not the thick "premium" t-shirt that turns into a sweater at 25°C. Just a t-shirt that works.
4. The Trucker Cap — the summer signature
For summer, the casquette trucker becomes essential. Breathable mesh at the back (your head actually breathes), cotton front panel, adjustable snapback, embroidered Talseume signature. The piece is light, comfortable to wear at 30°C, and gives a clean silhouette — not "dad gardening on a Sunday," not "rapper copying 2000s US rap." A well-proportioned trucker cap. That's rare.
Three colorways: total black, ecru, navy. The black trucker remains the most versatile — it works with 90% of outfits, from swim shorts to a suit without a tie.
5. Le Talseume Bag — sac tote
And to round out the drop: the Talseume Bag. Tote bag in GOTS organic cotton canvas, minimal screen print on the front. ~20 L capacity, 40×35×12 cm dimensions, comfortable long straps for shoulder carry. Use it every day: city bag, beach bag, market bag. For work if you're not carrying a 16" laptop — otherwise the tote isn't the right fit, a structured bag works better.
Ce qu'on n'a pas mis dans le drop SS26 (et pourquoi)
A typical streetwear brand would have put out an SS26 drop with: swim shorts, sandals, a Hawaiian shirt, a bucket hat, branded sunglasses, a licensed fragrance. We refused. The rule is simple: we don't make a piece just because the season demands it. Every piece has to serve a real use, one we've tested, one we wear ourselves. If we wouldn't wear Talseume swim shorts, we don't make them for you either.
Le drop SS26 reste donc tight, focused, quality-driven. Five pieces, not twenty-five. You can build your summer wardrobe around these five references without feeling limited — on the contrary, it's by embracing these constraints that consistency happens.
Quand commander ?
The SS26 pieces have been online since late May 2026. Limited quantities : for trucker caps and women's tank tops, initial stock is 80 to 120 units per size / colorway. Oversize tees and Talseume Bags have larger stocks, but we don't systematically restock. Quand c'est fini, c'est fini — jusqu'au drop suivant.
Tip: if a size works for you on a piece, grab it right away. The frustration of having waited and finding nothing left in your size is literally the worst. And you know we don't like that around here.
