Product & materials
Are your pieces really made of organic cotton ?
Yes. All our tops (sweatshirts, t-shirts, hoodies, balaclavas) are made from certified GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard), the most demanding standard in organic textiles. It guarantees the organic origin of the fibers and compliance with social and environmental criteria across the entire supply chain.
What does "recycled polyester" mean ?
Our recycled polyester comes from post-consumer PET plastic bottles. It performs just like virgin polyester (durability, quick-drying) but avoids oil extraction and diverts waste from landfill.
La coupe est-elle vraiment oversize ?
Yes — it's our signature. All our pieces have a loose fit, dropped shoulders, extended length. If you're between two sizes, size up to keep the effect. See our guide des tailles.
How do I care for my Talseume pieces ?
Machine wash at 30°C inside out, no fabric softener, dry flat. No tumble dryer. Full details in the guide des tailles.
Where are your clothes made ?
Our pieces are designed in Paris and made in partner European workshops selected for their social and environmental standards. Each product page states the exact origin.

Quels moyens de paiement acceptez-vous ?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, CB, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal. All payments are secured (3D Secure).
Puis-je modifier ou annuler ma commande ?
Yes, within a few hours — write to us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number. Once it's shipped, you'll still be able to return it within 14 days.
Recevrai-je une facture ?
Yes, a PDF invoice is sent by email with the order confirmation. You can also request it again at any time.

What are the delivery times ?
2 to 4 days in France (Mondial Relay / Colissimo), 5 to 7 days in Europe, 10 to 15 days outside the EU. Details in Shipping & Returns.
Do you deliver internationally ?
Yes, throughout the EU and beyond (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Switzerland, etc.). Any customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
La livraison est-elle gratuite ?
Yes, in mainland France from 80 € purchase (Mondial Relay). In Europe from 150 €.
Returns & exchanges
Comment retourner un article ?
Write to us at [email protected] with your order number within 14 days of receiving it. We'll send you the procedure and the return address. Details in Shipping & Returns.
Les frais de retour sont-ils gratuits ?
No, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility — unless the item received is defective or doesn't match the order. In that case, we cover everything.
When will I be refunded ?
Within 14 days of receiving and checking the return, to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's issued.
