Here's everything you need to know before and after placing your order : delivery times, carriers, fees, delivery zones, return conditions, and refund timelines.
1. Order Preparation
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our premises, with a tracking number.
2. Carriers & Delivery Times
Mainland France
- Mondial Relay : 2 to 4 business days — 4,90 €
- Colissimo Domicile : 2 to 3 business days — 5,90 €
- Colissimo Signature : 2 to 3 business days — 7,90 €
- Livraison gratuite from 80 € d'achat (Mondial Relay).
European Union
- Colissimo International : 5 to 7 business days — 9,90 €
- Free shipping from €150 of purchase.
Reste du monde
- Colissimo International : 10 to 15 business days — 19,90 €
- Customs duties may apply on arrival, payable by the recipient.
3. Order tracking
You'll get an email at every step : order confirmation, preparation, shipping (with tracking number), delivery. You can also track your order at any time from the Order tracking.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Tu disposes de 14 jours from the delivery date to return an item that doesn't work for you, in accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code.
Conditions
- Article new, unworn, unwashed
- Original tags attached
- Original packaging kept
- Article complet (accessoires, dust bag, etc.)
Sale items, personalized items, or limited editions marked as non-returnable can't be returned.
Procedure
- Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
- You'll receive the return address and a return slip by email within 24 business hours.
- Renvoie le colis suivi (Mondial Relay, Colissimo ou autre transporteur de ton choix) — return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless there's a defect or an error on our part.
5. Remboursement
Once we've received and checked your return, the refund is issued sous 14 jours, to the payment method used when you placed your order. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as the refund is issued.
6. Échanges
Exchanges (size, color) are possible subject to available stock. If the item you want is out of stock, we'll process a standard refund instead. The procedure is the same as for returns — just specify the size or color you want in your email.
7. Defective Products or Order Errors
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, write to us within 72h at [email protected] with photos and your order number. In this case, return shipping is on us, and you can choose between an exchange, store credit, or a refund.
8. Undelivered or Lost Packages
If there's a delivery issue (package not received, lost, damaged), contact us within 14 jours from the shipping date. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and keep you posted.
